Privacy Requests
Smash Balloon respects your privacy in accordance with applicable privacy and other data protection laws. This page is provided by Smash Balloon to process your privacy request about TileSet. The information requested below is required so that your request may be promptly and properly processed by Smash Balloon.
Do it yourself in the dashboard
If you have a TileSet account, most requests take effect at once from the dashboard’s Settings screen, with no need to write to us:
- Right of Access and Right to Data Portability: export everything we hold about your account as a JSON file.
- Right of Erasure: delete your account. This cancels any paid plan, revokes your sessions and API keys at once, and completes the deletion within 7 days, as our Privacy Notice describes. You can also disconnect a single source, or delete all your Instagram and Facebook data with “Delete all Meta data”.
- Right to Object to product usage records: turn off “Share anonymous product usage”.
UPDATE YOUR MARKETING PREFERENCES: If you would like to update your marketing preferences, turn off “Product news and tips by email” in Settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any of our product news emails, for immediate processing.
If you connected Instagram or Facebook and remove TileSet in that platform’s settings, or ask Meta to delete your data, Meta tells us and we delete it; a data deletion request comes with a confirmation code and a status page.
