See what your widgets do for you
On a paid plan, TileSet shows how often visitors open a post or click through to it, per widget and per day, and which sites your widgets are seen on. Page-level detail is available if you turn it on.
It is easy to add a feed and never know whether anyone looks at it. TileSet counts what visitors do with your widgets, without tracking the visitors themselves.
What you can see
- Loads: how often each widget appeared on a page.
- Lightbox opens: how often a visitor opened a post or video to look closer.
- Clicks through: how often a visitor went on to the original post on YouTube or Google.
- Per widget and per day, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Where it is live: the sites your widgets are seen on, busiest first. Each widget also shows the site it was last loaded on, on every plan, so you notice when one quietly drops off a page.
- Which pages, if you turn on page-level insights. It is off until you do.
Analytics are on paid plans. The free plan shows one number, the widget loads of the last 7 days, so you can see that the counting works.
How we count
The widget sends a small, anonymous signal when it loads, when a post is opened and when someone clicks through. There is no cookie, no visitor id and no fingerprinting, and we never store a visitor’s IP address. That is why the numbers are about your widgets, not about people, and why the script adds nothing to your cookie banner.
Page-level insights record the page path only, never the query string. Turn the setting off and every path we collected is deleted.
Why you can trust it
Our numbers are counts of events, and we say so. We do not inflate them into “impressions” or “reach”, and the dashboard tells you when the stats are delayed rather than showing a zero. More in the privacy policy.
