Install it by asking your AI
Tell Claude, Cursor, Lovable or ChatGPT to add your Google reviews or YouTube videos to your site. TileSet gives the agent the tools to connect the source, build the widget, paste the snippet and check the live page.
A lot of websites are now built by talking to an AI: Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT. Those tools are good at pages and poor at anything that needs a login to someone else’s account. Ask one for “my Google reviews on the homepage” and you usually get a grid of placeholder images, or a script from a service it half remembers.
TileSet gives your agent real tools for that job, so it can finish it.
What your agent can do
Once TileSet is connected, your agent can:
- Connect a source: a YouTube channel or your Google reviews.
- Build a widget and change it: layout, columns, number of posts, light or dark, captions and highlights. On Starter and up it can mix up to four sources in one widget.
- Get the embed snippet and paste it into your page itself.
- Check the live page afterwards, to confirm the snippet is there and the widget is serving posts.
- Choose when each feed updates: how often, or on set days at a set time. On Starter and up it can also update a feed now, switch a feed to manual only, or make a webhook URL for your CMS.
- Set a monthly credit cap for your account.
- Restyle a widget to match your site, using the restyling guide we publish for agents.
- List, update and remove your widgets and sources.
- Keep you posted on slow steps. Connecting a source, updating a feed and checking a page report progress to agents that can show it, and an agent can wait for an update to finish instead of guessing.
You can say it in your own words: “Add my Google reviews under the pricing section”, “Make the YouTube grid four columns and dark”, “Show only reviews with photos”, “Update my YouTube feed every weekday at 9am”.
How it connects
TileSet is an MCP server, the standard way AI tools add outside capabilities. You add one address to your AI tool. The first time it uses TileSet, a browser tab opens, you sign in with Google or by email and approve, and that is it. There is no API key to copy.

Everything the agent can do, you can do in the dashboard too. Many people start with the agent and fine-tune in the dashboard, or the other way round.
Why you can trust it
- Your agent never sees your passwords or tokens. It gets access to your TileSet widgets and sources, nothing more.
- Your posts, reviews and testimonials stay out of the chat. TileSet never hands your agent your content, from any source. It sees which sources and widgets you have, their settings and counts such as how many reviews a source holds, and builds the widget; it checks the result in a preview of the widget as visitors see it. You read your content in your dashboard, and visitors see it in the published widget.
- You can see every agent. Each one you approve is listed under Agents & API in the dashboard, and revoking it there cuts it off.
- It tells the truth about cost. On every plan, the agent can see what each update costs in credits and how often each feed updates, before it spends them. When it updates a feed now, the answer says what that cost.
