Embed your X posts on your website
Show your latest X posts (formerly Twitter) on your site as a posts wall with the full text, or as a photo grid. Type the @handle: no key and no sign-in to X. You choose per widget whether reposts and replies appear.
If your updates go to X first, your website can show them as they happen, and you never post anything twice.
What it shows
- Your account’s public posts: text, pictures, and videos and GIFs (the poster picture with a play mark, playing in the lightbox if you turn it on). A link post with no picture shows its link card’s picture.
- A posts wall: every post as a card with the author’s picture, its text, its pictures and the date, linking back to the post on X. Or a photo grid made from the posts that have a picture.
- Grid, carousel, bento or masonry, light or dark.
- Like and reply counts on the grid tiles, if you turn stats on, and the X mark on each tile.
- Reposts, under a line saying your account reposted them. They are on by default, and you can turn them off per widget.
- Quoted posts, shown as a small card inside the post.
- A post you reposted and also replied to, once: your words first, the post as a small card inside.
- Your own replies, off by default, each with the post it answers. Turn them on per widget.
- Your picture and @handle above a photo grid, with a Follow link, if you turn the header on.
We keep the newest 24 posts, so an older post stays until newer ones replace it. We refresh an account as often as every 15 minutes on Scale, every hour on Pro, every 6 hours on Growth, daily on Starter and weekly on Free, or less often if you choose, which uses fewer credits.
How to set it up
- Sign in to TileSet with Google.
- Add a source, pick X, and type your @handle or paste the link to your profile (x.com/name). A link to one of your posts works too: it connects your account.
- Build the widget, choose whether it shows reposts and replies, and paste the snippet into your site, or let your AI agent do it (see the guide for Claude Code).
Your posts are public on X, so there is nothing to authorize and no password to share. It is open to everyone on every plan, for public accounts. If you change your handle later, the widget keeps working. A free account can connect 10 different X accounts in any 30 days, and a widget nobody has viewed for 14 days pauses until its next view.
Why you can trust it
We read only what X shows anyone who visits your profile. We store each post’s text, picture addresses, date and link, and the names and pictures of the accounts in it. We do not copy the pictures: your visitors’ browsers load them from X. If X has a bad hour, your widget keeps showing the posts it already has.
