Settings and your data

What is on the Settings screen: usage, sign out (here or everywhere), page insights, product usage sharing, product news by email and exporting everything TileSet holds about you.

Open Settings from the sidebar or the user menu.

What is there

  • Your source and widget counts. Page views are unlimited on every plan.
  • Your name and email, Sign out everywhere and Sign out. Sign out everywhere ends your sessions in every other browser and device and keeps you signed in here. Connected agents and API keys keep working; revoke those under Agents & API.
  • Data and Privacy: Share anonymous product usage, Product news and tips by email, export, and a reminder that removing a source deletes its token, its cached content and every widget built only on it (a mixed feed keeps its other sources).
  • Danger zone: delete your account.

Share anonymous product usage

TileSet records what kind of thing you do in the dashboard, over MCP or through the API (a widget made with the Carousel layout, a source connected, an upgrade button pressed), never your content, names or your customers’ data, so we can see which features people use and where they get stuck. It is on by default. The line shows On or Off; press Turn off to stop it: recording stops at once. Turn on turns it back on. The privacy policy says exactly what is kept and for how long.

Product news and tips by email

The line shows On or Off for product news, tips and new sources by email. Turn off stops them and Turn on starts them; the change reaches our email platform within 15 minutes. The unsubscribe link in any email from our email platform stops these and our emails about changes to the service too, and Settings shows it afterwards. Emails about your account, billing and changes to the service come either way while you have not unsubscribed.

You first answer this at sign-in, with the box Send me product news and tips under Continue with Google (or on the screen where you allow an AI agent). It starts unticked in the European Union, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Canada, and ticked elsewhere. The privacy policy says what the email platform holds.

Export your data

Export your data downloads one JSON file with everything TileSet holds about your account: your details and settings, your sources (never a token), your testimonials, your Link in bio pages, your widgets, your API keys (never a secret), any page paths collected, your support and feature requests, your billing and credit records, deletion records and your audit log. The file says what it leaves out and why.

Page-level insights

The one setting that records where your widgets appear lives on Analytics, next to the numbers it feeds, and is off until you turn it on. It records the page path, never the query string. Turn it off and every collected path is deleted. Analytics itself needs Starter or up: see Plans and credits.

Time zone

Set days and times on a source’s Schedule run in your account’s time zone, picked from the list under Credits.
