Delete your account

What deleting your account removes, how fast, and what happens to a paid plan.

Deleting your account removes every source, widget and API key, and the account itself. It cannot be undone.

How

1. Open Settings, then Danger zone, and press Delete account.
2. Type your email address exactly as shown to confirm. The final button stays disabled until it matches.
3. Press Permanently delete account.

What happens

• Your sessions and API keys stop working immediately. Your widgets stop showing on your pages once the deletion runs, normally within minutes.
• An active paid subscription is cancelled right away, so you are not charged again. Invoices stay with the payment provider.
• Platform data is removed within 7 days.

Before you do it

Export your data if you want a copy. If you only want to stop paying, move to the free plan instead: see Monthly cap, top-ups and billing. If you only want one feed gone, remove the source.
