Embed, edit and delete a widget

Copy the snippet, change a widget later, and what happens to pages when you delete one.

Get the code

Save the widget, then open its Install tab. Paste the code shows the two lines to paste with a Copy code button, and Where do I paste this? under it gives short steps for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, Lovable, Odoo and any other site, each with its guide. Use an AI agent shows the install command for an MCP agent instead. See Install the snippet and Connect an AI agent.

Edit a widget

Open it from Widgets, change anything (including the template and the source it uses) and press Save. Every page that embeds the widget updates on its next load. The snippet never changes, so nothing needs re-pasting.

Delete a widget

Press Delete widget in the Delete widget card at the foot of the Install tab, away from the snippet. It is a two-step button. A page that still embeds the snippet shows nothing in its place: no error message, no empty box. Remove the snippet from your pages too.

Deleting a widget does not remove its source. The source stays connected and keeps using credits until you remove it. See Remove a source.

Widgets on the free plan show a small “Shown with TileSet” link under them. On paid plans it is hidden unless you turn it back on, under Plans. The widget draws the link itself, so it loads nothing until a visitor clicks it.

Limits

  • Up to 200 widgets per account.
  • The same widget can be on any number of pages.
