Filters
Show only the reviews you want: by star rating, by photos, by a keyword. Which plan, which sources, and what filters do not do.
Filters choose which reviews a widget shows. They are applied on our side before the content is sent to your page, so a filtered-out review is never in the page at all.

Turning a filter off (Any, off, empty) is free on every plan, so a free account can always clear one. Below Growth the section carries one Growth and up badge on its label and says why once under the filters; the chips stay clickable and lead to the plans.
Where they appear
On review walls (Google, Testimonials) and Google photo walls. They also appear on Posts walls for X. They are not shown for Pinterest, YouTube, Twitch or Kick feeds, or for a Photos and videos grid. On Posts walls the rating chips are hidden, because posts have no rating and a minimum would drop every one of them.
Good to know
- Filters run before the item limit, so a filtered widget still fills up to the number of items you set, if enough reviews match.
- A rating filter drops reviews that carry no rating at all.
- A keyword matches anywhere in the review text, for example “wedding” or “gluten free”.
- The filters do not delete anything. Remove the filter and the reviews are back.
